Can I Cancel an Order?
We can only cancel orders within the initial 12-hour window after placement. Once processing or shipment preparation begins, cancellation becomes challenging. We aim for swift service, endeavoring to dispatch orders promptly.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
