Welcome to the new Stuffbox website! We’ve done some major renovating with both the front end design and organization as well as the back end architecture. The majority of the site is now powered by Wordpress and several plugins. There’s more of a blog style to the site, with all the content separated into easily accessible categories. There are several noticeable new features:
- My Stuffbox: Every piece of content can be commented on and rated. You can also send pages to friends through email, AIM, Yahoo, or MSN and share our site using social bookmarking sites such as del.icio.us and digg! You’ll notice a “toolbox” below each entry with these options.
- Easy, Flexible Browsing: You can browse our content by category, date, popularity, and rating. On the sidebar, you’ll also see the 10 latest updates. If you’re viewing a specific entry, you can see the previous and next entry within that category as well as a list of related entries.
- Search: You can now search all of the content on our website through the search bar.
- AJAX Enhancements: Our new dynamic search bar searches as you type and comments are posted live, all without reloading the page! Also be sure to check out our new Browse feature.
- RSS Feeds: Every section, category, and even individual entry now has an RSS feed, so you can use your favorite feed reader to watch for updates on Stuffbox!
We hope you enjoy this new version Stuffbox (we’re calling it Version 2 Beta). We hope to get lots of feedback from our users so feel free to leave a comment (whether positive or negative)!

Is that a good or bad thing?
I’m finding the younger audience tends to not like the new site as much. I don’t really know why since the site is less cluttered and better organized.
Also, I should note, the new site is here to stay, so if you have nothing constructive to say don’t post gibberish. I’ve been getting stupid comments on some of the other posts.

What happened to your old love stories such as “Promise” and stuff…there was more stories in the old stuff box…

Have you ever been to ‘you tube’? they let you host videos there and you can hotlink them on your blogs. it’s really cool and you don’t have to bandwidth on the videos, cause its free.

Yea I know about YouTube and I’m a little reluctant to use their service because any click on the video makes users leave my site and go to YouTube. Google Video on the other hand only has a small button.
